CASEing Tuesday for September 4, 2018

Not only is it caseing Tuesday but it is the day before the 2018 Holiday catalog goes live. Yeah. Therefore, I have chosen to use a new Bundle from the catalog for this week’s CASE.

The original card is found on page 38 of the Holiday catalog. That card and mine are shown below.

The Bundle I used is Cauldron Bubble which includes the stamp set and dies. I just used the stamp set, plus some accessories from the Suite, Toil & Trouble. Accessories include Basic Black blends, Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon and Spider Trinkets. This suite is found on page 48 & 49 of the H.C. I also used the Buffalo Check background stamp found on page 38 of the H. C. In addition to the above, Mango Melody, and black ink and Mango Melody and Gorgeous Grape, Whisper White paper along with coordinating blends and markers.

CASEing Tuesday for July 10, 2018

Today’s card uses a carryover set called Artistically Asian and is based on a card shown on page 59 of the 2018-19 annual catalog. See both cards below

I used Calypso Coral for the card base and stamped some background images also using calypso coral. I used some dsp called Garden Impressions (beautiful paper) and stamped the images in Early Expresso. The greeting is from the above mentioned set. I added embellishments of gold twine and pearls.

The above DSP is one of the papers included in the special that’s going on right now, buy three get one set free.

Today’s card is based on a card shown on page 48 of the new Stampin Up annual catalog. See both cards below:

Listed below are the details:

1. Big Wishes stamp set, new this year. I stamped the image in Blueberry Bushel ink and then cut it out. 2. Lovely Lipstick card base. One of the new in-colors for 2018-20. 3. Whisper White card stock embossed with the hexagon 3D folder. 4. In-Color DSP, Blueberry Bushel. Also a new in-color this year. 5. Square frame cut using two of the Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies. 6. I added a tiny bow and pearl.

I also did the inside with another stamped greeting from the same stamp set and included a larger bow die cut from a retired die set, Balloon Pop Up Thinlits. Any Birthday embellishment etc. would look fine here.

I had fun working on this week’s card. I used a new stamp set and dies from the 2018-19 Annual Catalog. Here is my card and the card cased from the Annual catalog.

I dragged the craft white ink pad across the small blue layer instead of the card base. I used the Sea of Texture stamp set and matching dies. This is a fun set to play with. For the trim on the small layer, side; I let the sea net hang over the edge.

The colors I used are Pacific Point and Soft Suede. Rather than cutting out the sand dollar with the dies, I embossed it using the new Big Shot Embossing Mat and the die. This product doubles the use of your dies and is quite inexpensive and can be found on page 222 of the new catalog. I also wet embossed the greeting in white and popped up some of the cut outs with dimensionals.

I’m back! Sorry it has been so long since I’ve posted. This week’s card is based on the card shown in the new Stampin Up annual catalog (2018-19), page 13. See a picture of both below:

I struggled a little with the colors and set to use but settled on my new go to Love What You Do from the Share What you love bundle. I really love this suite and have used it a lot.

I used the colors Berry Burst and cut out some flowers from the Share What You Love paper, leaving a splash of Mint Macaron. The dolly is also from the bundle .

I hope you enjoy the card. The Suite of products is on page 176-177 of the new Annual catalog.

CASEing Tuesday card for May 15

I’m a little behind so here is my Tuesday card on this Friday evening. It is based on the card shown below.

I turned the card and used the new Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper for the oval. I used the Basket Weave embossing folder which was a sale-a-bration item and will be available in the new annual catalog come June 1. I also used the leaf punch, stitched framelits, tranquil tide paper & ink, along with a layer of mint macaron which is a returning color available again in the new AC. Other items used are clear gem embellishments, vellum paper and copper washi tape.

As I mentioned, the new Annual catalog is available to order from on June 1st. Another week has come and gone so yeah, time for another card. Here is this weeks card along with the card cased from the annual catalog page 37.

I used some old and new products. The base and top layer are the new color Grapefruit Grove. I think it is my favorite so far. I used fruit stand DSP which is retiring and the Lemon Zest stamp set which will continue on in the new 18-19 catalog

I stamped lightly on the top layer, added a greeting and yellow twine. This is an easy card to make so go ahead and CASE away.

There should be some exciting news tomorrow regarding some retiring products so stay tuned for an update.

Hello everyone: Glad to have you with me this morning. Here is this weeks’ card and the Cased card

Great layout and I used the same stamp set and some of the same other products. Here I used the in color Tranquil Tide. I used the acetate foil sheets, a white vellum like piece and a piece of the Picture Perfect suite DSP. The stamp set is the Happy Celebrations set which will be retiring on May 31st. I highly recommend this set with it’s large greetings. Order now while supplies last. I also used white accents on the card.

Hi Everyone: Hope you are doing fine. This week’s card is CASEd from page 10 of the Occasions Catalog. See both cards below:

My card uses a white card base with a purple layer. The Designer Series Paper is from the Delightful Daisy pack which will be retiring. I used the Celebrate You thinlets (which will be carrying over to the 2018-19 annual catalog) for the Amazing die cut which is in Calypso Coral. The leaf die cuts are from the Petals and More Thinlets which will also carry over . I did use some vellum die cut leaves from the Wildflower Wishes paper pumpkin (you can always cut your own or leave out). I stamped Amazing on the lower half and added the You tag. Silver metallic thread and pearl and coral embellishments were also used.

Hello, sorry I haven’t posted lately. Things are very hectic right now. Here is this week’s card and the card cased from the annual catalog.

I think this design is great and can be used with most sets. I made some minor changes on my card. I used the Eastern Place Suite items. The Specialty Designer Series Paper, which is still available in the current annual catalog until May 31; the Eastern Beauty Stamp Set which will carry over into the new catalog. I used the stickers also retiring. For the card base, I used Dapper Denim (retiring), Lemon Lime Twist and Very Vanilla. The embossing folder I used is the Quilt Top.

This is a great and versatile suite and I am sorry to see some of the items retire. However, the stamp set and dies will be available but not as a bundle. There are many new exciting products on there way.
