#CASEing Tuesday Card 134

CASEing Tuesday for 2/13/2018

Here are my cards for this week. I guess I really liked this design because I made four cards using it for this week (and I worked a lot this week for my outside job). I was in the mood to craft. Here are the cards.

And here is the card from the catalog.

As you can see, I changed some small details on some of the cards and added some bling. The sets I used are (in order of pictures): Color me Happy (still available), Seaside Shore, Feathery Friends (hostess set), and Daisy Delight. All these sets are current and can be seen and purchased in my on-line store. Here is the link darleneseitz.stampinup.net.

Don’t forget Sale-A-Bration is still going on until the end of March (=free products). Contact me for more details or any stamping question. Darstz@hotmail.com.

#CASEing Tuesday 131 for January 23, 2018

Today I am sharing my #CASEingtuesday131 card. It is based off the card in the Occasions Catalog on page 4. See below for both cards.

I changed the shape of the card, added an extra layer and some embellishments. I wanted to go with a Valentine’s theme so I used a carryover set from the last Holiday Catalog called Festive Seasons (page 45 of the 2017 Holiday Catalog) . It can also be found in my on-line store. It is a multi season set that can be used for Christmas, Halloween and Valentine’s .

I also used a set we have in the Annual Catalog called Bloomin’ Love (page 88) which is very popular and can be used for Valentine’s or all year long. I also used Real Red, Blushing Bride inks and cardstock (page 186 of annual catalog) along with Whisper White cardstock (page 194 of annual catalog). I included some embellishments, Metallic Enamel Shapes and Enamel Shapes both found in the annual catalog on page 196 (and in my on-line store). The flower used is not current but can be replaced with anything appropriate for the occasion.

Please check out the Facebook page CASEing Tuesday and join us each Tuesday. You do not have to blog to participate.

CASEing TUESDAY CARD for 1/16/2018

Hello, well I know today is actually Wednesday but I am one day late posting this weeks’ CASEing Tuesday Card.  This week’s card is a CASE of the card on page 41 of the new Occasions Catalog.   Here are the two cards.  My version and the version in the catalog.

I choose to dry embross the card base to add the texture and use the Pick a Pattern Designer Series Paper.  Then instead of watercoloring on the top layer, I used the Watercolor Wash background stamp, matching with Flirty Flamingo ink.  I then stamped the flower from the Color Me Happy stamp set which is still available in my on-line store.

Please join us on the Facebook page CASEing Tuesday and CASE with us on Tuesday’s as often as you can.  It is not necessary to do a blog post about it.  It is something fun to look forward to each week.

If you would like to buy any of the products used in either picture, just go to my on-line store and click shop.  Please use Hostess Code BD96B99F In the host code box and receive a free gift from me .  Here is the link to the store darleneseitz.stampinup.net

Today’s card is based on a card in the SALE-A-BRATION Catalog on page 15.  See both cards below.

CASEing TUESDAY CARD 1/2/2018

Happy New Year to everyone.   Hope you had a great Holiday season.   Isn’t it always hard to get use to writing a new year when you date things?  Here is my card for this week

I used the Eastern Palace suite like the card it it is based off of which is shown below.

I used the new in-colors, Fresh Fig and Tranquil tide for the ink and paper (Also very vanilla).  I used the stamp set and dies for this suite and the Designer Series Paper.   I also used the matching gold stickers and tassels.   Then I added some gold thread to hold the tassel.  I did the inside as well.

This suite of products is found on page 18 & 19 of the Annual Catalog and in my on-line store. darleneseitz.stampinup.net

CASEing Tuesday-Last of the Christmas Cards 2017

I hope you all had a great Christmas.   Here is this week’s CASEing Tuesday Card.

It is based on the card shown on page 4 of the Holiday catalog.

I made some changes in the colors and arrangement of the trees and banner but the design is basically the same.  The cards use the Bundle Christmas Quilt and several of the accessories shown on page 5 of the Holiday catalog.   They are:  Stitched Felt Embellishments, Quilt Top Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the  Quilted Christmas Designer Series Paper.   This is a great set that can be used all year long. It is still available in my on-line store darleneseitz.stampinup.net.

CASEing Tuesday Card for 12/19/2017

Here is this weeks card.   It is based off the card shown in the annual catalog on page 223 (top right corner).  I stayed pretty true to the design.  I used an old retired set but this could easily be made with the Good Tidings set still available from Stampin Up. I also used the two largest dies from the Lots of Labels framelits.  I can’t seem to stop making Christmas cards.

Don’t forget to check out the retiring list and discounted items in my on-line store.   Also, the Clearance rack has been updated with new items.  Here is the link to my on-line store darleneseitz.stampinup.net.

CASEing Tuesday Card for this week

  • Here is this weeks CASEing Tuesday Card.   I have used the Painted Harvest set and made the flowers into wreaths.  I used both flower stamps and used Lemon Lime Twist and Old Olive as the color combinations.  Each wreath was stamped a little different using different layer combinations and color.  I also used Cherry Cobbler and the dot stamp that comes with the set as well as for the greeting wording.  I added small bows using twine.  The design was from the card in the Holiday Catalog on page 48, bottom left.  Here is the picture.
  • There is still time to shop from the Holiday Catalog.   This set will not be retiring when the catalog sales period ends on January 2, 2018.  However don’t wait to order as it is a very versatile set that can be used all year long.  The link to my on-line store is darleneseitz.stampinup.net.
  • Also, the retiring items from the catalog (holiday) have been announced AND many are currently on sale.  Don’t miss out on these year end specials.  See my on-line store for details under Store.  darleneseitz.stampinup.net.

Another Stampin Up CASEing Tuesday Card

So it’s Tuesday, as you know, so time for another CASEing Tuesday Card.

This card is based on the card on page 27 of the Stampin Up Holiday Catalog (left side, blue).  I made it into a shaker card and added some layers.  I also used some October Paper Pumpkin materials.  Paper Pumpkin is so versatile that you can create many more items than the intended projects.  To order products used to create this card and many more, see my on-line store  darleneseitz.stampinup.net.

Why not come and join us on the Facebook page CASEing Tuesday and see how you can create great cards based on those in the catalogs.

IT’S FINALLY HERE–STAMPARATUS–FROM STAMPIN’ UP!

It’s finally here, the new precision stamping tool from Stampin’ Up! called Stamparatus.  This tool is even better than the one’s currently on the market.  Many years in the making and developed by our Home Office and Demonstrators, it will bring you precision stamping on small or large surfaces (the bottom and one of the sides are open) and gives you four stamping plates so you don’t have to stamp, replace your stamp and stamp again.  The panels (two) come out easily and can be turned over to make four surfaces.  You also can leave the stamp in place and move the plates down in the hinges so you can repeat stamp down the page.

The tool comes with a gridded stamping base, foam mat to use with photopolymer stamps.  To use with rubber stamps, just remove the mat.  The tool also comes with two reversible plates giving you four surfaces for your stamps, two strong magnets to hold the paper in place and a storage area on the bottom to store your magnet when you are not using the tool.  The plates snap into the two hinges letting you move the plates down and stamping the image again for a repeat look.  There are also rulers and grid marks on the plates and bottom of the tool.

HOW DO I GET ONE?? You might ask.  You can reserve one i.e. preorder one starting November 16th at 1:00 p.m. Pacific time or 2:00 p.m. Mountain time (and so on).  You will need to GO TO MY ON-LINE STORE AT: http://darleneseitz.staminup.net.
